Dr. Nisha Yadav works in the Science Communication Cell at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Mumbai. Her research aims to elucidate the structure of the Indus script using computational methods and to investigate its connection to other aspects of Harappan culture. She has authored several papers on the subject, which have been published in leading international and Indian academic journals. In 2017, she received the INSA Young Historian of Science Award from the Indian National Science Academy in New Delhi.
