Pipal-leaf shaped well, Lower Town
This unique well and associated bathing platform was discovered in the course of building a catchment drain around the site. It was reconstructed on the ground floor of Mohenjo-daro site museum.

Necklace
Necklace from Mohenjo-daro made from gold, agate, jasper, steatite and green stone (lizardite or grossular garnet). The gold beads are hollow and the pendant agate and jasper beads are attached with thick gold wire.
Bathing platform, DK-I Area
This bathing platform is located next to the street, and is made with bricks laid flat. A small drain running along one side of the bathing floor channels dirty water out to the street.
Faience ornaments
A collection of faience ornaments from Harappa. The Harappans developed a very compact glassy faience that was produced in a variety of colors, ranging from white, to blue green, deep blue and even red-brown.
Drain outlets, DK-I Area
The ground floor drain of the bathing platform empties out into the street next to tapered chute from a roof drain or a second storey bathing area.
Glazed tiles
The technique of glazing blue-green tiles using recipes that are very similar to those used by the Indus craftsmen is still practiced in many centers throughout the Indus valley.
Rain Outlets, DK-I Area

Steatite beads
These tiny steatite beads were found in the Harappan cemetery and come from an elaborate hair ornament worn by a male individual. Each bead is less than .01 cm long and less than .01 cm diameter.
Bathing platform, SD Area
A bathing platform in SD area with brick floor made with flat paved bricks. Many bathing platforms were made with watertight floors constructed with bricks laid on their edge.
Libation vessels
Libation vessels made of the conch shell Turbinella pyrum. One of these is decorated with vermilion filled incised lines. A single spiraling design is carved around the apex and a double incised line frames the edge of the orifice.
