Shell and Faience Objects from Harappa

Two rows of six objects, each row has three.

Four pieces of bangles, or bracelets, three with fine “incised linear patterns”, to quote Vats 1940, p. 448;

Middle bottom row: a pot with find no Ab 607

Middle Top row: misc.

Two bangles on the right, top and bottom row are possibly of “white faience, ribbed” (example Vats 1940, Vol. II, Pl. CXXXVIII, no. 18) whose composition is described:
“with >—shaped incision:-silica, 87.45 per cent. ; alumina, 6.57 per cent.; lime, 0.10 per cent.; magnesia, 1.09 per cent.; water, 0.73 per cent.; alkalies, 4.56 per cent” (Vats 1940, I, p. 469)
