Unique two colored tablet
This uniquely shaped tablet (H2001-5090/2913-09), also made with two colors of faience, has an inscription similar to that seen on the previous slide (67). This tablet was found inside the workshop in Trench 54 South.

Wheeled zebu figurine from Harappa
A small subset of the figurines from Harappa originally had wheels. Of the many small terracotta wheels found at Harappa, at least some must have been intended for these wheeled objects.

Circular platform
In 1998, the circular platform first exposed by Sir Mortimer Wheeler in 1946 was re-exposed and the area around the platform was expanded to reveal the presence of the room in which it was enclosed.
Terra cotta nodules
Terra cotta nodules and cakes of different shapes are common at most Indus sites. These objects appear to have been used in many different ways depending on their shape and size.

Spherical agate weight with one side flattened
Spherical agate weight with one side flattened (H2000-4496/9880-01). This weight does not conform to the standard Harappan weight system and may indicate the use of a separate weight system for international trade with Central Asia or other regions.
Inscribed steatite tablets
Inscribed steatite tablets made from two different colors of steatite have the same inscription. The sloppy nature of the inscription may be the reason why these tablets were discarded.
Wheeled ram figurine from Harappa
One type of wheeled figurine has lateral holes for the axles through the ends of the legs.

Harappa phase banded beads in situ
In the street levels above the drain a collection of banded sandstone and banded terracotta beads were discovered.
New circular platform
To the west of Wheeler's circular platform a new platform was discovered. This platform was excavated using modern stratigraphic procedures and detailed documentation.
